How many changes can I request to the design concept or template?
We offer one revision cycle at no additional charge. We'll make as many changes as necessary until it meets your approval after that at our hourly rate of $35. We do ask for a final sign off to the design after the first revision cycle as we will have received all of your feedback by then.
Design changes can be added at any time. However, if the design changes are made after the final revision there is a charge of $35 per hour with a two hour minimum…so you want to make it count

It is your responsibility to find graphics that represent your site. However, Web Chef Designs can provide all of your graphics for you for an additional fee.
Graphics and Photos: The price will vary depending on where it is obtained. Most of the photos we obtain for you run between $15-$30 for web and a little bit more for high resolution pertaining to print.
These graphics will make a dramatic improvement to the site and give visual meaning to the words. We have a wide variety of resources for royalty-free photos, however, if you require photos/graphics that are not within those resources, then you will be required to purchase these photos separately.
We are also more than happy to custom design your graphics to fit your brand perfectly. Our custom graphic designs start at $100. The price will vary based on how labor intensive the graphic is to make.
Once the final payment is received, you will receive 100% ownership of your Web site as it pertains to the license issued to you

We completely guarantee our design work. We provide an initial concept (template if using the web presence package) based on the questionnaire you fill out and a strategy session with you. We then offer an entire round of revisions at no additional charge. In many cases revisions aren't even needed, but when they are necessary - we take your entire "To-Do list" and fix each issue line by line until the design is just right. We also allow another final revision cycle of the website once all content has been inserted, to make sure your site is ready before launch.
Once your site design is approved, your copy, links, forms and other elements will be added, and your site uploaded to your hosting service.

We have a simple seven-step process as explained below:

Fill out the contact form and download our extensive questionnaire to give us a good idea of what we are working with.
Step 2: Make a Deposit
Web Chef Designs will provide you with an invoice for 50% of the total of your quote. This deposit can be made via Credit card, Paypal, check by mail or in person.
Step 3: Strategy
The Strategy Session is the most important part of building a strong web presence. Extensive research is done to ensure a high level of marketability, performance, and the ability to compete with established businesses in your industry.
This is where we ask the most important questions:
•What you want to get out of the site?
•What is the sites purpose?
•How do you want your site to make your customers feel?
•What separates you from the competition?
•What is the domain name (URL address) going to be?
These are all questions that will be asked in the questionnaire that we ask you to fill out before designing your site.
Step 4: First Draft
Your first draft will be sent to you via email link where you are asked to review the site completely and request any changes you need made to the site. All changes will be final after this point.

After making the suggested changes your site will be sent for review. Once we have your approval we will prepare to launch the site.
Step 6: Launch
Following your approval of the Final Draft and receipt of final payment we begin to “Go Live” with your website. Your files will be uploaded, we will test your site for cross-browser compatibility, optimize your site to make it Search Engine friendly, and submit your site to all major search engines.
This process will take up to 48 hours.
Step 7: Maintenance
Once your site is completed, Web Chef Designs will provide you with 30 days of Website Maintenance absolutely free. During this period we will be more than happy to make any minor changes to the site and update content and pictures for the site.
Absolutely, we offer an optional CMS (content management system) that has been developed for just this reason. We can customize the CMS to your professional website and add features specific to your organization. With this CMS you will be able to build new pages, edit existing pages, upload images, documents and more. We offer a simple CMS and advanced CMS with licensing options depending on the number of users in your organization.
Our CMS allows you to make text changes to your web site at your convenience, while maintaining site standards for style, layout, and code.
What is your payment policy and what type of payments do you accept?
We receive 50% of your estimated total as a deposit prior to beginning work. The final payment is due immediately upon completion of the project or sooner if web project is delayed by client.
